What is the All Mighty Guarantee?

Osprey will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge—whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it.

How do I find the right pack size for my torso?

To find your perfect fit, measure from the C7 vertebra at the base of your neck to the iliac crest at the top of your hip bone. Use our online sizing guide or the PackSizer™ app to match your measurement to the correct frame size.

How should I clean and maintain my Osprey pack?

We recommend manual cleaning with mild soap and lukewarm water. Never machine wash or dry your pack. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush, and always ensure the pack is completely air-dried before storing it in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your local currency and customs duties.

What is your return policy for unused gear?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Are Osprey packs waterproof?

While our packs are made with highly water-resistant fabrics, they are not fully waterproof. We recommend using an Osprey Raincover, sold separately or included with select models, to protect your gear during heavy downpours.
